PAI Appoints Linda Campbell OBE as New Chairman

Product Authentication International (PAI) one of the world’s leading Food certification Bodies, today appointed Linda Campbell OBE as its Chairman of the Board.

Linda is the recently retired Chief Executive of UKAS the authority that controls certification in the UK. Linda was awarded the OBE in the New Years Honours Lists for services to Accreditation Prior to taking up the reins at UKAS some 6 years ago Linda was the marketing director of BSI and before that Director and General Manager of Lloyds Register Quality Assurance.

PAI, a UK based international audit and certification company, has a high visibility in UK Farm Assurance but is principally known for its development of leading edge traceability and quality standards in the animal feeds and food sectors for Trade organisations and retailers.

During December PAI has added over £500,000 of annual sales and Managing Director Paul Wright says that “the appointment of Linda Campbell with her wealth of experience will help guide the company through the next stage of its development in a rapidly growing market. Competence and Integrity are the watchwords of PAI and Linda’s guiding hand over a strong management team will ensure that this remains the case.”
