Summit Property undertakes property projects, usually in conjunction with partners with whom it shares in the value it creates through using its expertise to enhance the value of a particular property situation.

Partners are often landowners for whom the company undertakes a development in exchange for a share in the development profit achieved, or occupiers who benefit from a bespoke building at the time they require it and who share in the trading profit when it is sold.
