Global Address has a suite of software products for the cleansing and de-duplication of databases. Its revenues come from sales of these products, updates and related consultancy.
The year to 31 December 2005 finished with sales up 78% on the prior year to £1.17 million and a profit before tax of £118,000. This strong rate of growth continued into the current year. In July the company was sold to a subsidiary of Harte-Hanks, Inc realising up to £1.94 million for Summit Alpha and Summit which represents approximately five times the total cost of their investment. |
