Medical Equipment Solutions Limited (“MESL”) was established in February 2004 to develop four asset based service offerings into the NHS, both directly and via private contractors, as follows:

Finance originations; enhancing Summit Asset Management Limited’s (“SAM”) existing business by providing a specialist sales team, who can now bid for and support

Smaller PFI/PPP projects; as well as traditional compliant operating leasing.

Healthcare operations; whereby MESL takes on the management contracts for independent imaging and treatment centres as well as offering managed equipment services to compliment the asset financing offered by SAM.

Equipment distribution; MES is acting as European distributor for a quoted Canadian healthcare technology company which has an innovative new diagnostic product.
